I have become something of a “regular” on the terrific Newsmax-TV program, “DML Unfiltered.” The initials DML belong to Dennis Michael Lynch, a film-maker who has made several documentaries about the immigration crisis confronting the United States. I appear in a couple of those films and now that he has become a host on Newsmax-TV he frequently invites me to join him on his show.
On August 2, 2016 I sat down with Dennis for a special edition of his show. He had me join him for a one hour program to discuss many of the elements of the immigration crisis that is undermining national security, public safety and lives and livelihoods of Americans.
During the program a video clip was run of a Congressional hearing in which I testified. That hearing was conducted on July 27, 2006 by the House Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Claims on the topic:
In my testimony back then, I made my opposition to the Senate immigration amnesty bill, S.2611 abundantly clear. I noted that any member of Congress who would vote to provide lawful status and identity documents for millions of illegal aliens should be given “The MVP Award by al-Qaeda!”
You can see a somewhat longer segment of my testimony at that hearing in a video that has been posted on You Tube.
During my discussion with Dennis I discussed a Congressional hearing into how two dead terrorists could have been provided with authorization to attend flight school precisely six months after they carried out their deadly attacks in the United States on September 11, 2001. By then everyone on this planet knew that they were terrorists and that they were dead. I was one of the four witnesses called to testify at that hearing that was conducted on March 19, 2002 by the House Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Immigration and Claims, on the topic:
The hearing was covered by C-SPAN and the C-SPAN video is one that every member of Congress should be required to watch. It is unfathomable how, more than 14 years after that hearing was conducted- into one of the most outrageous screw-ups, that virtually none of the promises to address the failures of the system that resulted in the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 and the subsequent failures of the immigration system that enabled two of the dead terrorist/hijackers to receive authorization to attend flight school have been kept.
I urge you to take the time to watch that video and then pass this along to everyone you know.
As for the video of my appearance on Dennis’ program- before you watch thevideo, I want to make a few points as clearly as I can.
I am not “scape-goating” immigrants. In fact, in my judgement, the claim that it is racist to enforce our immigration laws is a disgusting and false claim that is frequently used by the open-borders anarchists to intimidate decent and commonsense Americans into accepting the government-sponsored invasion of the United States.
Furthermore, our immigration laws are totally, completely and utterly blind as to race, religion and ethnicity of aliens. As an INS agent I spent much of my time investigating and arresting aliens who came from countries across the planet. This is not about waging a war against Latinos. This is a lie perpetrated by the open-border anarchists and is aided and abetted by pollsters who have the chutzpah to slice and dice Americans into categories such as “Latino Voters,” “Black Voters,” “Christian Voters,” “Jewish Voters,” etc., in a vile exercise of profiling that, if practiced by law enforcement officers would get them fired and likely cause them suffer even more consequences involving civil rights violations.
Lawful immigrants are facing some of their worst nightmares because of the immigration policies of the Obama administration that, incredibly, according to Hillary Clinton, has been way too tough on enforcing our immigration laws. This is delusional!
America has the most generous immigration policies, admitting more than one million lawful immigrants every year. America admits tens of millions of non-immigrant (temporary) foreign visitors every year. Customs and Border Protection is given more than 14 billion dollars each year to supposedly secure our borders and conduct inspections of arriving people and cargo through America’s ports of entry.
For our government to then provide lawful status to millions of aliens who evaded that inspections process is an act of national suicide that simply encourages a never-ending flood of aliens whose true identities, backgrounds and intentions cannot be determined.
Other failures of the immigration system have enabled terrorists to enter the United States through ports of entry with false passports, visas procured by fraud and by other tactics that provide incontrovertible evidence that there is an abject lack of integrity to the immigration system which is an important element of national security. The fact that after the attacks of 9/11 that the various components of the immigration system were moved from the Justice Department to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) should make it clear that our leaders understand how critical the various components of the immigration system are to national security. Yet, Mr. Obama, Hillary Clinton and members of the leadership of both the Democratic and Republican Parties appear hell-bent to eradicate our borders and invite foreign workers to displace American workers.
While Hillary Clinton has accused Donald Trump of not having a plan to defeat ISIS, she claimed that she would attack ISIS by bombing their strongholds and providing weapons to those forces on the ground who are engaging in conflict with ISIS. HOWEVER- she had nothing to say about how she would prevent terrorists from entering the United States, embedding themselves and then launching deadly attacks here at home.
Trump’s plan’s to secure our borders and not admit refugees who cannot be vetted is commonsense and coincides with the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission while Clinton’s proposals on immigration are diametrically opposed to the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.

Our borders and our immigration laws are also supposed to not only protect the lives of Americans but the livelihoods of American workers.
The importance of our borders and our immigration laws cannot be overemphasized. In the war on terror and transnational gangs, they are our first line of defense and our last line of defense against international terrorists and transnational criminals. They are equally important to American workers who are facing unfair competition from foreign workers, aided and abetted by the administration and advocates for “Sanctuary Cities” and Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

Who will find the answers while there’s still time to prevent a disaster?
On June 13, 2013 I was interviewed by Neil Cavuto at Fox News on the topic:
The interview ran about 4 minutes and is worth watching.
The starting point for any conversation or legislation concerning immigration must be the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission which determined that a lack of border security, including the visa process. and fraud in the immigration benefits program enabled terrorists to enter and embed themselves in the United States, as they went about their deadly preparations.
In his historic speech before the 3rd Army on May 31, 1944, General George S. Patton said, on the strategy of holding a position:
“We’re not holding anything, we’ll let the Hun do that. We are advancing constantly, and we’re not interested in holding onto anything except the enemy.”
Pushing back against Comprehensive Immigration Reform is the same as holding position. The time has come for us to advance by demanding that our borders be made truly secure and our immigration laws be effectively administered and enforced.
Comprehensive Immigration Reform violates all of the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission but no one is willing to even consider how the lack of real border security and the lack of real integrity to the various components of the immigration system imperil national security and public safety.
Immigration is not a single issue but a singular issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat confronting the United States today! Simply stated, the immigration laws were enacted to save lives and protect the jobs of American workers.
It is not “Anti-Immigrant” to be “Pro-American!”
Our armed forces are charged with securing America’s borders externally while the DHS is supposed to secure those same borders from within. The failures of the DHS to live up to its half of the equation are undermining the efforts, valor and incredible sacrifices of Americas men and women who serve in our military!
If our government’s failures to protect American jobs by securing our nation’s borders and effectively enforcing our immigration laws concerns you or especially if it angers you, I ask you to call your Senators and Congressional “Representative. This is not only your right- it is your obligation!
All I ask is that you make it clear to our politicians that we are not as dumb as they hope we are!
We live in a perilous world and in a perilous era. The survival of our nation and the lives of our citizens hang in the balance.
This is neither a Conservative issue, nor is it a Liberal issue- simply stated, this is most certainly an AMERICAN issue!
You are either part of the solution or you are a part of the problem!
Democracy is not a spectator sport!
