This morning, Monday, August 8th at 7:05 AM, Eastern Daylight Savings Time, I will be on the terrific radio program, York’s Morning News that is broadcast from York, Pennsylvania on Radio Station WSBA and hosted by Gary Sutton and Jim Horn.

I will be discussing the Justice Dept. lawsuit against Alabama in an effort, by the feds, to prevent Alabama from enforcing its own immigration law. The law and the ensuing reaction by the federal government parallels what recently took place in Arizona.
