My article today is predicated on the true implications of the massive amnesty program proposed by Biden and Harris and their Democrat “Fellow Travelers” that have been ignored by all.  

Once again the immigration crisis has been completely ignored by the mainstream media.

Biden and Harris promise to provide millions of good-paying jobs for Americans.  However, their plans for immigration would undermine the jobs and wages for the majority of Americans and would crash the U.S. economy.

For well over a decade we have been told that there are 11 million illegal aliens in the United States and since they are already here, it is no big deal to provide them with lawful status.  In reality the likely number of illegal aliens who would participate in this program would likely be more than twice as large- (The Reagan amnesty was supposed to involve roughly one million but ultimately provided more than 3.5 million illegal aliens with lawful status.)

However the actual number of aliens who would ultimately be granted lawful immigrant status and the pathway to U.S. citizenship under the Biden/Harris plan is unknown.  

What is known is that there would be no way to interview them or conduct field investigations.  The damage to national security and public safety is incalculable.

Furthermore, large as this number is, it would only be the tip of the proverbial iceberg!  Each and every illegal alien would have th absolute right to petition to have all of their minor children and their spouses legally admitted into the United States to join them.

This would mean that tens of millions of minor aliens would flood into the United States overwhelming the educational system that is already a disaster.

In a short period of time these tens of millions of new immigrant children will become part of the labor pool and compete with American and lawful immigrant workers.

My article lays out the catastrophe that this would create in America and what it would mean to Americans and lawful immigrants already here.

The Biden/Harris immigration plan would plunge us into a chasm from which there would be no way out!

This, once again, drives home the point that immigration is not a single issue, but rather a singular issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat that we face in this dangerous era.

Additionally, Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris plan additional sweeping changes to the immigration system that would  de-criminalize immigration law violations including felonies that involve the re-entry of deported criminal aliens, and defund the Border Patrol and ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement).

To be clear, suicide is not an act of compassion and effective immigration law enforcement is not “Anti-Immigrant” as the mainstream media and all too many politicians falsely claim and have nothing to do with race, ethnicity or religion.  Our immigration laws were enacted to prevent the entry of aliens with dangerous communicable diseases, suffer from serious mental illness, are criminals, spies, terrorists or would displace American workers.

The same immigration laws that tell us who to keep out and who to kick out also tell us who to admit. 

Facts are indeed, “stubborn things!”

If you like my article I ask that you make a point of posting it on FaceBook and other social media and forward this e-mail to as many folks as you can.  It is important to dispel the lies and nonsense about the true nature and significance of effective immigration law enforcement in this particularly perilous era.

Being “Pro-Enforcement” is not “Anti-Immigrant.”  Indeed, advocates for immigration anarchy are actually taking an “Anti-Immigrant” position by obfuscating the line that separates lawful immigrants from illegal aliens.  To provide a bit of clarity, while we are indeed a “Nation of immigrants” America is not a nation of trespassers.  The difference between an immigrant and an illegal alien is comparable to the difference between a houseguest and a burglar.

Americans must be willing to stand their ground and not be intimidated by the false accusations- far too much hangs in the balance!  We must speak out against mayors and governors who create “Sanctuary Cities” and “Sanctuary States.”

Many people have come to complain that we have become too “Politically Correct” to speak the truth about important issues.  My view is that the artful use of language that has been described as examples of political correctness are in fact, examples of Orwellian “Newspeak.” 

Having invoked George Orwell, it is appropriate to consider a couple of his brilliant quotes:

Political language — and with variations this is true of all political parties, from Conservatives to Anarchists — is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.

In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

On February 27, 2019 Newsmax published my article, The Truth About Immigration Can Unite All Americans. 

On November 15, 2014 I was honored to join three true leaders in the United States Congress in a panel discussion on immigration- then-U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions and Congressmen Louis Gohmert and John Fleming.  A video of this panel discussion has been posted on the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s website under the title,  “IMMIGRATION WARS: An all-star panel takes on America’s immigration crisis at Restoration Weekend.”

The video has also been posted on YouTube under the title- “Immigration Wars.”

The perspectives of these true leaders are well worth listening to.

To provide you with a bit of additional material, during my remarks at the panel discussion, I referenced my June 22, 2007 Op-Ed for the Washington Times, Immigration bill a ‘No Go’ that focused on my concerns about the previous attempt to enact Comprehensive Immigration Reform.  Then-Senator Jeff Sessions quoted from my commentary, on three separate dates, from the floor of the U.S. during the contentious floor debates in 2007 when Comprehensive Immigration Reform legislation was under consideration..  In my piece I recommended that Comprehensive Immigration Reform be given a more honest and descriptive title, I suggested that it be renamed the “Terrorist Assistance and Facilitation Act!”  

Discussions about immigration almost invariably focus on the lack of integrity to the border that is supposed to separate the United States from America.  Clearly that border lacks integrity and represents little more than a speed bump to smugglers who transport illegal aliens and contraband including record quantities of dangerous drugs such as heroin and cocaine into the United States.

However, there are many more components to the immigration system including systems by which aliens are granted visas to enter the United States and various immigration benefits such as conferring employment authorization to aliens in the United States and also include the adjudications process by which aliens are granted lawful immigrant status and even United States citizenship.

All of these systems of the immigration system lack integrity.  Aliens who have gone on to commit crimes and even participate in terrorist attacks have often been dissevered to have successfully gamed the immigration benefits program in order to embed themselves in communities around the United States as they went about their deadly preparations.
