I am in the process of forming a group to enact E-Verify in my city.As you know Houston is a sanctuary city but I hope if the voters have a say through a petition drive to amend the charter we will be able to put a wrench in the system. It is called Stop the Magnet. Have a Facebook page up.Will begin forming a registry of interested citizens to make the 180 days leading up to 2012 election with the required 20k signatures more attainable.Wish me luck....
